I went to Cathy at Evolve Hypnotherapy for support with stopping smoking. I went in with an open mind to the process to see if it would work for me. I have in the past used NHS support for stopping smoking but nothing worked in the long-term. Hypnotherapy has made me subconsciously change my behaviour and attitude to what and why I was doing it, I am now proud to say I am an ex-smoker. Cathy set me at ease from the start of the process and I felt supported and informed throughout, I would highly recommend this method for tackling the challenge of smoking.

I have had a few sessions with Cathy so far to develop my self-belief and confidence. We have worked on my thought process to self and my relationship for using food as an emotional filler. Cathy made me feel valued from the start to identify my concerns and take steps to make subconscious adaptations to help me help myself! I look forward to our sessions and how I feel afterwards.

My Daughter had extreme needle phobia for many years- to the extent that appointments for routine vaccinations would result in 3 hours in the surgery with even trained clinicians being unable to adminster them. From the moment I approached Cathy she was incredibly kind, understanding and put us both at ease. My daughter soon felt more relaxed and would look forward to her sessions with Cathy. After 3 sessions my daughter was able to have her vaccine and was only in the surgery for 20 minutes. From a parental point of view, I found Cathy to be extremely knowledgeable and I felt that she genuinely cared that my daughter deserved a positive outcome. I wouldn't hesitate to contact Cathy again for my children or myself and highly recommend her services.
My life has changed in such a short period with Catherine. I thought I'd always be stuck in the diet cycle but she has helped me treat food as fuel, eating when necessary and listening to my body. Her style of hypnotherapy is clever; she takes in everything I say and feel and applies ot to our sessions.

I have had some valuable sessions with Cathy over the past few months. She is compassionate and none judgemental. Her approach to overall understanding was great. I actually went for help with one thing but after chatting to me and making me think about other things we focussed and worked on a different, much more fruitful set of areas, which has gained me a much better productive thought process.
